Everyone I have spoken to have said you are the best wedding photographer they have ever met. You put everyone at ease and you felt like a part of the wedding. Them and I cannot recommend you enough.” Chantelle & Andrew
All weddings stand out for different reasons. Usually, this isn’t always apparent until I have photographed them and see all the details that make them unique. When I met Andrew & Chantelle before their wedding at Kingscote Barn I already knew it would be a beautiful, fun day at some incredible locations with all their own unique touches and twists.
Chantelle began her preparations by spending the morning with her maids off getting their hair done and some breakfast. I met them back at her father’s house after where they finished bridal prep, makeup and getting ready.
I then headed off to St Marys Church in Charlton Kings to meet Andrew and the Groomsmen for some photos before the ceremony. The church was filled with their family and friends and the ceremony included the church choir and a solo performance from the groom himself. After a beautiful ceremony, the couple left to a storm of confetti and were then whisked off to Kingscote Barn
The scenery at Kingscote barn is incredible and we were spoilt for choice for locations. Being on a working farm, Chantelle had come prepared with some bright yellow wellies. We headed off to the fields for couples photos where we found the farmer and his tractor, which he let us borrow it for a few snaps. We then headed back down the lane towards the barn so they could spend some time with their guests.
Kingscote barn was beautiful anyway but had been decorated stylishly with all of Chantelle and Andrews own little touches. Sunflowers to match Chantelle’s bouquet and decorative cups and saucers for afternoon tea.
The evening began with a close-up magician entertaining the guests followed by the couple cutting the cake before they took to the dance floor for the first dance to start off the evening’s music with a Ceilidh band with some incredible barn dancing shinanigans which really got everyone up and involved.
Congratulations Chantelle + Andrew, I had a blast and really enjoyed your day thank you for choosing me as your wedding photographer.
