Notley Tythe Barn Wedding Photographer
The day started off at Ruairidh & Emma’s home where Emma was getting ready along with her mum and bridesmaids, some of who had travelled all the way from California. Sipping on bubbly while being pampered and having her hair and make-up done, the house was full of buzz and excitement. Emma had a gorgeous floral crown which was just stunning and a great finishing touch – check out the photos below. We then had some photos of the bride-to-be and her maids while Tim my second shooter headed off to the church to meet the groom.
Ruairidh was at the church waiting for Emma, his bride to arrive and was suitably nervous for such an occasion, although Tim and his groomsmen did their best to keep him relaxed with some photos before the ceremony. The church service was beautiful, a candlelit aisle as Emma made her entrance and a live band to accompany the singing really filled the church with an incredible atmosphere. Once over the newlyweds left to a flurry of confetti and were whisked off in a vintage car to Notley Tythe Barn.
Emotional speeches and lots of love were on the menu for the wedding breakfast. The meal finished just in time so we could steal the couple away for a sunset shoot in the nearby fields. When we got back it was time to cut the cake and hit the dance floor for the first dance sung by two of Emmas’ bridesmaids.
Such an incredible day at Notley Tythe Barn with Ruaridh & Emma and all their friends and family. Thank you, both for allowing us to capture your beautiful wedding.
