Georgia and Ollie celebrated their beautiful summer wedding at Stokes Farm Barn, one of Berkshire’s most charming countryside wedding venues. From the moment I arrived, bathed in warm sunshine, I knew it was going to be a truly memorable day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

The day was filled with emotional moments, from the bride’s touching first look with her father to the heartfelt ceremony inside the beautiful barn. Natural light poured through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright and romantic atmosphere while guests enjoyed panoramic views across the gardens. After the ceremony, everyone gathered outside on the patio for confetti, drinks, and celebrations in the summer sunshine.

One of the many reasons I love photographing weddings at Stokes Farm Barn is the variety of beautiful backdrops available within a short walk of the venue. During the drinks reception, Georgia and Ollie joined me for a relaxed stroll through the grounds, making the most of the colourful wildflowers, country lanes, and open fields surrounding the barn.

The stunning countryside provided the perfect setting for natural and timeless couple portraits. As the evening approached, we headed back out during golden hour to capture a few more romantic images in the soft summer light, creating some of my favourite photographs from the day.

As daylight faded, the celebrations moved into full swing. The dance floor quickly filled as guests danced the night away to an incredible mix of music, complete with the energy and atmosphere of a live saxophonist. The combination of great music, happy guests, and a packed dance floor made for an unforgettable evening and some fantastic candid wedding photographs.
