Nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Berkshire countryside the picturesque Post Barn set the stage for Louise and Jack’s wedding in early August, a few rain showers added a touch of drama to their wedding day but it cleared at key points in the day with breaks of sunshine when it mattered the most and the couple seized the opportunity for outdoor photos when we could. The venue was decorated in style with dried flowers and pampas grass, capturing the essence of their bohemian style.

Louise stunned in a lace wedding dress from Dress Me Pretty, with a mixed bouquet of dry and fresh flowers perfectly embodying the vibe of the day. Meanwhile, Jack looked sharp in his custom made two-tone suit, and their little sausage dog ring bearer had one made to match. The bridesmaids wore different shades of burnt orange and natural tones dresses which complimented the gents details and the earthy tones of the decor around the venue.
After the ceremony the couple opted to do things a little different went for a whimsical and magical exit with all the guests blowing bubbles instead of throwing confetti. The reception boasted rustic charm, with tables adorned with dried flowers and flickering candles and tones of burnt orange. As the evening festivities got underway Louise and Jack slipped away under the starlit sky for some nighttime photos, finishing off their special day at The Post Barn.
What a great couple and a stunning venue and i can’t wait to go back.
